Our goal is to create events and opportunities for ALL of our community to experience the fantastic activities the Magic Art Bus has to offer. To reach this goal we need the help of sponsorships and grants. Becoming a sponsor is a great way to show community participation and goodwill. This strengthens business image and presence locally and globally.
If the organizations that sponsor us aren’t able to use our services, they can recommend us to their supporters and vice versa. A wonderful win-win situation!

We view our sponsorships as partnerships and will work with you to incorporate customizations like:

The 605 magic Art bus is a mobile art studio bringing a full spectrum of art education through multiple mediums to all ages. We offer dynamic and ever-changing programs promoting lifelong skills through self-expression, confidence and originality.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT IS THE COST OF A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

$350 Youth party for 2hrs (1.5 hr of activities).

$450 Adult party 3hrs (2.5 hr of activities)

Surcharge of $5 per mile for every mile past 45 miles from the center of Sioux Falls, SD. Mileage is based on a Google Maps search.

HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN PARTICIPATE?
The short answer is 10-12.

The long answer is “that depends.” 14 is the maximum that can comfortably fit on the bus, however, if there are some rambunctious children in the group, you’ll probably want to limit it to 10-12. With that being said, we’ve done birthday parties of 25+ artists, all between the ages of 5 to 88 this is how we handle that. The client splits them into two groups, with each group getting a 40 min activity. Or, if you want everybody to get the full 1.5 hour experience, you can always add an hour for additional cost. We have two instructors, so one can be inside guiding an activity for the other group waiting to rotate.

DO YOU DO DAYCARE/SCHOOL VISITS?

The short answer is, yes.

The long answer: During the school year, the majority of visits are to a group of schools/daycares/businesses that we can book throughout the day (this makes it more affordable for them). cost is generally $200/hr but we provide a discount if going to multiple sites. Therefore, it’s more expensive to fit in single-visit schools. However, we are always happy to try and work to fit you in. Additionally, the pricing is a little bit different; the more gigs that day, the cheaper your visit. (not all policies apply). Please feel free to contact us and submit your questions on the form.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, after contact we will place a hold of 72 hours for the date and time of your party. A deposit of $50 is due within that time, and the rest with tax is due when we arrive for the birthday party.

Larger events require $100 deposit
